Where your files are saved
By the end of this page you'll know exactly where any result went, and how to change that.
Every utility saves into one shared output folder, inside its own subfolder:

Office to PDF and Image to PDF deliberately share the PDFs folder — both produce the same kind of
result.
- Change the root folder in Settings ▸ General with Browse…, or open it in File Explorer with Reveal.
- BizTray never overwrites. If a file of the same name already exists, the new one is saved with an incremented name instead.
- From any finished job you can Open the file or Reveal it in File Explorer.
Watch Folder rules are the exception — they can write output alongside the original instead. See section 12.
