Do my documents get uploaded anywhere? No. Every conversion, edit, and signature happens on your own machine.

Why is there a one-time download for Office files? Office and OpenDocument conversion uses a bundled LibreOffice engine that is fetched on demand rather than shipped in the installer, so the download stays small for people who never need it. See section 14.

Is PDF Fill and Sign a legal digital signature? It places a visual mark — the equivalent of signing a printout. It is not a certificate-based digital signature and does not cryptographically certify the document.

Where did my files go? Into your output folder, in a per-utility subfolder. Reveal any result straight from the Job Queue.

Can I close the window without stopping my conversions? Yes. Closing hides the app to the tray; jobs keep running and watch folders keep watching. Only Quit BizTray stops the app.

Can I make BizTray convert files automatically? Yes — that's Watch Folders. Convert something by hand and BizTray will offer to automate it.

How do I turn a utility off? Settings ▸ Utilities — switch it off to hide it from the sidebar.

How do I update the app? It updates automatically; you can also check manually in Settings ▸ Updates.
