Get BizTray for Windows

A small, quick installer. All seven tools run entirely on your machine — free, no account, no quota.

Windows 10/11 (x64) · Free · No account needed

System requirements

BizTray is a native Windows app. Here's what it needs, and what arrives later.

  • Operating system

    Windows 10/11 (x64)

  • Architecture

    64-bit (x64) processor

  • Installer size

Small installer — the document engine downloads later, only if you convert Office files

  • AI models

Downloaded on demand, only when a feature needs them

What's in the download

The installer is deliberately lean. The big AI models arrive later, only if and when you actually need them.

In the installer

  • The BizTray app and all seven document tools
  • PDF converting, organising, watermarking, unlocking and Fill & Sign
  • Images to PDF, and the built-in document viewer for PDFs
  • Watch Folders — the rules that convert files as they land
  • Everything needed to run locally — no account, no sign-in

What downloads later (models)

  • The document engine, for Office conversions (about 400 MB)
  • Fetched once on your first Office job, then cached and reused
  • It brings its own metric-compatible fonts, so layouts don't shift
  • Skip it entirely if you only work with PDFs and images

Signed & verifiable

EV Authenticode code-signed

Every BizTray installer is signed with an Extended Validation Authenticode certificate. Windows SmartScreen and the User Account Control prompt will show BizTray as the verified publisher, so you can be sure the file came from us and hasn’t been tampered with in transit.

A published SHA-256 checksum will appear here alongside the first public release, so you can verify your download independently of the signature.

If Windows shows a SmartScreen warning

Our installer is signed with a brand-new certificate that hasn’t built up reputation yet, so the first people to download may see a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen. It’s expected and harmless. Click More info Run anyway to continue. The warning clears itself as more people install safely.

Honest about how this is funded

BizTray is free to download and runs locally. We’re open about how the project stays funded — it shares a little idle bandwidth, that is disclosed before anything runs, and there’s a switch to turn it off. No hidden strings, no selling your data, no surprise upsells buried in the installer.
