PNG to PDF Converter

Screenshots, scans, receipts and diagrams arrive as PNGs and have to be sent as a PDF. BizTray does that conversion on your own machine: drop in one image or three hundred, choose whether you want a PDF each or a single merged document, and get files back with nothing uploaded and nothing stamped across them.

Why convert

Why convert PNG to PDF?

PNG is a screen format. It is excellent at sharp edges, flat colour and transparency, which is exactly why screenshots and exported diagrams use it — and exactly why it travels badly. A PDF has pages, a fixed physical size, and opens the same way on every machine that receives it.

  • You have twelve screenshots of an issue and the person who needs them wants one document, in order, not twelve attachments.
  • A form, a portal or an application will only accept PDF, and everything you have is a PNG export.
  • You scanned a stack of receipts to PNG and want one PDF per receipt to file, or one PDF for the whole month.
  • You want the images to keep a fixed page size so nobody opens them at 400% zoom and reads them out of order.

How it works

Convert PNG to PDF in a few clicks

  1. 1

    Open Image to PDF

Pick the Image to PDF tool from the BizTray tray menu. Nothing downloads first — this conversion is built in and works with the network off.

  2. 2

    Drop in your PNGs

Drag one file, a selection, or a whole folder onto the window. There is no file-size ceiling and no cap on how many you add at once.

  3. 3

One PDF each, or one merged

Choose a PDF per image, or merge everything into a single document and drag the thumbnails into the order you want them read.

  4. 4

    Convert and check the folder

Pick where the output goes and convert. The PDFs appear beside your chosen folder immediately — no queue, no email, no account.
